Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These standards apply to the Dayzi mobile application and the website at dayzi.live, operated by Solika Ventures Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India.
Dayzi helps adults discover, create, and join local events. Dayzi is an 18-and-over service. It is not intended for, directed at, or permitted to be used by, anyone under the age of 18.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page sets out what we prohibit, how we prevent and detect it, how to report it, and how to reach us.
1. Prohibited conduct — child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
The following are absolutely prohibited on Dayzi, without exception and regardless of intent, framing, or claimed fiction:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, in any medium, including real, edited, drawn, animated, or AI-generated imagery
- Sexualisation of minors — any content that depicts, describes, encourages, or seeks the sexual exploitation of a person under 18, including written material and sexualised commentary about a real child
- Child sexual abuse (CSA) — describing, admitting to, threatening, promoting, normalising, glorifying, or offering instruction in the sexual abuse of a minor
- Grooming — befriending or building a relationship with a minor, or with someone believed to be a minor, for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Sextortion — threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor to obtain money, further imagery, sexual contact, or any other thing of value
- Minor trafficking — advertising, recruiting, soliciting, facilitating, or arranging the sexual exploitation or trafficking of a minor
- Solicitation of a minor — seeking to meet, communicate sexually with, or obtain imagery from a person under 18
- Facilitation — linking to, advertising, or directing others to any of the above, on or off Dayzi
- Any event created, described, or promoted for any of the above purposes
Any account found engaging in the above is terminated immediately and permanently, without warning, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.
2. Age requirement and enforcement
- Dayzi is for adults aged 18 and above only. This is stated in our Terms of Service, which every user must accept.
- At sign-up, a user selects their age. The application does not accept a value below 18.
- We are clear that this is a self-declaration and can be falsified. We therefore treat age enforcement as an ongoing obligation, not a one-time gate.
- We suspend or delete any account where we reasonably believe the user is under 18, whether identified by our own review, by a user report, by a parent or guardian, or by a law-enforcement or regulatory referral.
- We offer an optional face-verification feature to reduce fake and impersonated accounts. It is not an age-verification mechanism and we do not represent it as one.
- We provide a dedicated "underage user" reason in our in-app reporting flow so that any user can flag a suspected minor directly.
- We will continue to strengthen age assurance, including evaluating the platform-provided age signals offered by Apple and Google.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 18 has created a Dayzi account, email developer@dayzi.live with the username or email address and we will act on it.
3. Prevention and detection
- Automated image moderation. Every profile photo and event cover image is scanned by an automated content-moderation service before or shortly after it becomes visible. Content detected as sexual or exploitative is blocked or removed.
- Automated text moderation. Event titles and descriptions, and free text on profiles, are screened automatically for sexual, exploitative, and other prohibited content.
- In-app reporting. Any user can report another user or a message from within the App. Our reporting categories explicitly include child sexual abuse and exploitation, sexual content, and underage users.
- Blocking. Any user can block any other user at any time.
- Human review. Reports are reviewed by our team. Automated systems assist our decisions; they do not replace human judgement on child-safety matters.
- Account termination. Confirmed CSAE results in immediate, permanent termination and a block on re-registration.
4. How to report
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first — 112 in India and the EU, 911 in the United States, 999 in the United Kingdom, 000 in Australia.
To report CSAE on Dayzi:
- In the app: open the profile or press and hold the message, choose Report, and select the relevant child-safety reason.
- By email: developer@dayzi.live — put "CHILD SAFETY" in the subject line. These reports are prioritised.
You do not need a Dayzi account to email us a report.
