Community Guidelines

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Dayzi exists so people can find real plans with real people. That only works if everyone feels safe enough to show up.

These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can cost you your content, your event, or your account. In serious cases we report to law enforcement.

Three things first:

1. Be safe with each other

Never:

If you are in danger, call your local emergency number. Dayzi's SOS feature contacts one person you chose. It does not contact emergency services.

2. Keep it legal

Never use Dayzi to:

3. Protect children — zero tolerance

Dayzi is for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form, including material that is drawn, edited, or AI-generated.

Any account involved is terminated permanently and reported to the competent authorities. See our Child Safety Standards for the full policy and how to report.

If you believe a user is under 18, report them using the underage user reason.

4. No hate

Do not attack, demean, or incite hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, caste, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Do not use slurs. Do not promote hateful ideologies or organisations.

Do not exclude people from events on those grounds. Age ranges and the practical limits of your event are fine; discrimination is not.

5. Keep content appropriate

6. Be honest about your events

7. Be a decent guest and host

8. No spam or platform abuse

9. Reporting and blocking

Blocking — open a profile and choose Block. They can no longer interact with you.

Reporting — open a profile, press and hold a message, or open an event's ⋯ menu, and choose Report. Pick the closest reason; the more specific you are, the faster we can act.

Reports are reviewed by our team and are not shown to the person you reported. Filing a deliberately false report is itself a breach of these Guidelines.

We review every report within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or permanently removed. For other breaches we act as Section 10 describes. Reviewing a report does not mean we will reach the outcome you ask for. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services — not us.

10. What happens when rules are broken

Depending on severity and history, we may:

  1. Remove the content or cancel the event
  2. Issue a warning
  3. Limit features on your account
  4. Suspend your account temporarily
  5. Terminate your account permanently
  6. Report you to law enforcement

Some things skip straight to permanent termination and a report: child sexual abuse or exploitation, credible threats of violence, sexual assault, trafficking, and non-consensual intimate imagery.

11. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email developer@dayzi.live, or use the in-app appeal flow where one is offered. Tell us your username and what was actioned. A person will review it and respond within a reasonable period.

12. Changes

We may update these Guidelines as Dayzi and its risks change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on dayzi.live.
