Show up safe.

What’s built into Dayzi, and how to look after yourself when you go.

  1. 01

    Face-verified.

Take a selfie doing the gesture we ask for. If it matches your profile photo, you get the verified badge. It’s optional, so look for it on profiles. The selfie isn’t stored.

  2. 02

    Hosts choose.

Nobody joins a plan on Dayzi without the host’s yes. You ask to join, the host sees your profile, and they decide.

  3. 03

    The ghost counter.

Got in and didn’t turn up? The group can mark you as a no-show, and it shows on your profile. Plans only work when people show up.

  4. 04

    SOS to your person.

Pick one person you trust. If you ever need them, SOS opens WhatsApp with your location, ready to send to them.

  5. 05

    Moderated, 18+.

Photos and text are screened automatically, and Dayzi is for adults only: you must be 18 or older.

Meet smart.

Dayzi doesn’t organise, vet or supervise plans or the people at them. These habits go a long way.

  • 01Meet in public places, at least the first time.
  • 02Tell a friend where you’re going.
  • 03Get yourself there and back.
  • 04Trust your gut. Leaving is always allowed.

In danger? Call 112 in India, or your local emergency number, first. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the full details.
